WinMiter.exe

A simple windows (version 3.1 or later) program
used to generate paper miter templates. Very
useful when building bicycle frames or when joining
two round tubes together at an angle and/or offset.
This file is a zip self-extracting archive. 


To install:
1. download to an empty directory 
2. run winmiter.exe
3. run setup.exe<p><span style="background-color: #FFFF00">You may need </span>

<p align="left"><b style="COLOR: black; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffff66">VBRUN300.DLL</b> 
is the run-time DLL that must be found on your system for any Visual Basic 3.0 
program to run. Normally you <strong>place this DLL in your <u>Windows/System</u> 
directory</strong>.</p>
